Item Description

PMS manufactures floating scaffolding from reinforced concrete and floating breakwater from reinforced concrete with its own unique designs. It can be enlarged, detailed and produced according to project requirements and requirements without dependence on outside information. PMS uses over 10 years of R&D experience and application in its studies on reinforced concrete floating systems. In these studies, they are mainly in collaboration with scientific bodies, such as the Middle East Technical University and the Yilldz Technical University Coastal-Port Engineering departments.

To date, production has been carried out from a 1.0 tonne floating concrete unit to 185.0 tonnes of floating breakwater as part of a reinforced concrete floating system. As a special purpose, it was able to design and manufacture reinforced concrete escalators up to 1.5 m wide.

As a standard, PMS manufactures reinforced concrete units from 2.4 m to 4.0 m wide, from 10.0 m to 20.0 m. When production conditions can be achieved at the factory, the production range is up to 8.0 meters wide and 20.0 m floats. Upon request, larger and larger blocks can be produced at the point of application.

As with the dimensions of width and length, production can be done outside dimensions such as surface line, freeboard and 0.45-0.50-0.55 m, which is typical in size.

Production of floating concrete breakwater from reinforced concrete was carried out for various projects from 4.0 m wide to 8.0 m wide. Their lengths are generally 20.0 m and their total heights range from 2.0 m to 5.0 m. The release height dimensions and the surface, the freeboard height, the dimensions are handled separately for each project requirement.

Reinforced hot galvanized steel is used in all reinforced concrete structures. The reinforced concrete is C40 with added fiber. The floating dock and the floating breakwater are all hot-dip galvanized or stainless steel. High-bearing steel wire connection elements and flexible properties are used in the connection of floating blocks. Contact points are equipped with specially designed neoprene wedges.

ISO 9001-2008 quality management is taken as the basis for design, project design and production processes.

PMS can also provide project support for floating structures. In this context, it has a number of plans approved by both domestic and foreign authorities.
